Good condition Stable training will award experience points. Training the Chocobo more times† will get it to Rank .
† One training session must be with a Thavnairian Onion.

Weekly Challenge Log entries will award experience points. Doing this for more weeks will get it to Rank .

Training the Chocobo another times or completing more weeks of Challenge Log entries will get it to Rank 10.

Training the Chocobo another times or completing more weeks of Challenge Log entries will get it to Rank 15.

Training the Chocobo another times or completing more weeks of Challenge Log entries will get it to Rank 20.
